QA Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to perform manual and integration testing for critical enterprise applications. The role will focus on validating system interfaces, executing test plans, managing defects, and supporting release readiness.

Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
- Validate system interfaces, integrations, and application changes against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain test cases, execute test plans, and document test results and defects.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to support testing and release readiness.
- Contribute to automated testing and maintain automation coverage where applicable.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT,



Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience supporting enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on manual testing experience, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- 2+ years of experience with Capital Markets or Collateral Management systems, preferably in QA, development, configuration, or application support.
- Experience with test planning, execution, defect tracking, and QA documentation.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, qTest, Allure TestOps, or SharePoint.
- Robust stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and release readiness.
