Answering the phones, forwarding calls, taking messages, and providing customer service Greeting incoming clients and setting them up in meeting rooms Managing the email inbox Booking appointments and managing the calendars in Jane App Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Jane App 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist Any administrative experience will be considered an asset Availability for the full contract duration Fluency with MS Office Excellent communication skills
