AgeCare seeks a Recreation Therapist to assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy programs for residents. This role uses recreation and leisure to support functional ability and well-being in line with AgeCare policies.

You will complete resident assessments, develop goals with families and the team, and guide Therapy Aides. Exact documentation and progress reporting are essential.
