In your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will utilize your RN registration to assess community clients and develop tailored care plans. You will integrate your skills in critical thinking and communication to effectively address health needs and liaise with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements: • Active RN registration with BC College of Nurses • Knowledge of gerontology and wound care management preferred • Valid BC Driver’s License • Solid skills in communication and assessment • Capability to fulfill physical demands of the role
