Key Responsibilities:



• Compile and deliver training programs for nursing staff • Facilitate ongoing mentorship and preceptorship frameworks • Contribute to updates of nursing care standards and policies • Organize in-service educational meetings for staff • Evaluate training effectiveness in meeting competency goals

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 3 years recent clinical experience • 2 years of adult teaching experience • Current CPR Certification • Valid BC Driver’s License • Practicing registration with BC College of Nurses
