You will report to the Director of Care and will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date care documentation and service plans while supervising unregulated care providers. Key Responsibilities:



• Administer medications and oversee safety compliance • Plan and manage resident care meetings and assessments • Educate residents and families about care plans • Delegate nursing tasks to unregulated care providers appropriately • Coordinate nursing assignments for effective care delivery

Requirements: • Active Registered Nurse registration in your Province/State • Relevant experience with senior care and care coordination • Exceptional time management and communication skills • Competency in clinical protocols and technology • Current Vulnerable Position Screening completed
