Goodwill Staffing is currently recruiting CNO-registered Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who are already located in Canada for permanent healthcare opportunities in Northwestern Ontario, including the Thunder Bay area .

We are supporting healthcare employers looking for qualified nursing professionals across a range of clinical settings.

Positions Available:

Opportunities may be available in:

- ICU / Critical Care
- Emergency Department (ER/ED)
- Medical-Surgical
- Neurology

What You'll Do: Depending on the specialty and facility, responsibilities may include:

- Providing safe, patient-centred nursing care
- Completing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring changes in condition
- Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Monitoring and documenting patient status and clinical interventions
- Collaborating with physicians, allied health professionals and other members of the healthcare team
- Providing patient and family education
- Responding appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalating concerns when required
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Requirements:

For Registered Nurses (RNs):

- Active CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS
- Relevant Canadian clinical experience, depending on the position




- Specialty-specific certifications where required

For Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs):

- Active CNO registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Current BLS
- Relevant Canadian clinical experience, depending on the position
- Specialty-specific certifications where required

Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS or TNCC may be required depending on the clinical area. Current graduate nurses may be considered for selected Medical-Surgical and Neurology opportunities.
