About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Remote Senior Process Engineer to lead advanced process development and optimization initiatives. This key role requires an individual capable of driving significant improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through remote collaboration and technical expertise. You will be instrumental in designing, evaluating, and implementing complex process changes across various facilities, working with cross-functional teams without the need for on-site presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven ability to lead and influence change from a distance, contributing to innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Conduct in-depth technical reviews and feasibility studies for process improvements and new technology implementations.
- Develop and implement process control strategies and quality assurance plans to ensure consistent product output.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to manufacturing sites and engineering teams remotely.




- Analyze process data to identify root causes of issues and develop innovative solutions for enhanced performance.
- Champion the adoption of best practices and new engineering methodologies across the organization.

Requirements

- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in process engineering , with a focus on complex manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading process design, validation, and optimization projects.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, simulation software, and process automation technologies.
- Excellent remote communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive change in a remote-first setting.
