Key Responsibilities: • Perform assessments and develop safety plans for all residents • Maintain detailed case management and documentation • Assist with housing searches and transitional support • Support residents through crisis and conflict resolution • Collaborate with community stakeholders for comprehensive support

Requirements: • Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualifications • At least three years of social work experience • Familiarity with issues of gender-based violence • Solid skills in crisis management and counselling • Current certification in First Aid and CPR
