Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is well-suited for a sales professional with at least 3 years of experience who is comfortable generating new business while managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts.

A Sales Executive must combine operational fluency, solution design, margin discipline, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to sell credibly from the boardroom to the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate understands and has worked in the warehousing business, an ever-changing and sometimes unpredictable industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, responsiveness, and problem-solving are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship-building
- Build, manage, and maintain an organized and active book of business
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
- Maintain superior verbal and written communication skills. Engage with C-suite executives as well as frontline and operational leadership across organizations
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and service offerings
- Work cross functionally with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system
- Effectively manage multiple priorities while working from a mobile phone and laptop in a hybrid environment
- Adapt quickly to changes, pivot strategies when needed, and respond proactively to shifting customer and market demands
- Meet individual sales targets and performance expectations

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in logistics
- Minimum 1-2 years CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar). Being comfortable using a CRM is mandatory and required for this role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, pick & pack, kitting, crossdock, and inventory management) and value-added services (kitting, co-packing, labeling)
- Experience preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, contracts, and rate sheets
- (RFP/RFQ responses) and preparing competitive rate proposals and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting, from mobile phone and laptop, between stops while in transit
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, work under pressure,



and remain composed in a
- dynamic industry
- Experience in warehouse workflows, labor models, inventory movement, value-added services, and day-to-day execution to ensure sales commitments align with operational reality.
- Experience selling solutions, not just space that translate customer requirements into scalable warehouse processes, pricing complexity appropriately based on SKU velocity, order profiles, and handling intensity.
- Strong financial and margin discipline. Skilled in activity-based costing, labor economics, and protecting long-term profitability by managing scope changes and ongoing account
- performance.
- Experience selling across all organizational levels. Effective at engaging executive decisionmakers while also earning credibility with operational and site-level leaders involved in day-today execution.

Education Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field with relevant work experience

Preferred / Nice-to-have

- Connections to regional shippers, brokers, or procurement contacts in Ontario/GTA
- Experience with transportation logistics or brokerage services (helps with bundled sell-in).
- Bilingual (English/French/other languages) - not mandatory but useful for certain accounts in Canada
- Certifications: Supply Chain Management, CITT, SCMA, or other logistics/operations credentials
