Role Description The Sales Intern role is a remote contract position that supports the growth of Stone Graphic and Web Design’s client base and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and researching prospective clients, assisting with outreach via email, phone, and social channels, and scheduling and preparing for sales meetings or demos. The intern will help respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in sales tracking tools or CRM systems.

Additional tasks may include supporting the development of sales materials, participating in training sessions,



and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear outreach, follow-up, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, build rapport, and support positive client experiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist with lead generation, qualification, and basic sales presentations or demos.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable access to digital communication tools and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
