We are seeking a

Full Time SAP IBP Lead with extensive hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, implementation, supply chain planning, and client-facing delivery. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and provide functional and technical leadership across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP; planning

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Work with business teams to understand Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;, and Response Supply processes

Configure SAP IBP for Demand, Supply Response, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP;

Design planning areas, master data, key figures, attributes, and planning operators

Develop planning views, dashboards, and Excel add-ins

Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI

Support data modeling, data flows, and performance optimization

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

Provide production support and troubleshoot planning and data issues

Prepare functional and technical documentation

Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Provide technical leadership and manage client relationships





Required Skills

10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience

10+ years of SAP IBP experience preferred

Strong hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience

Expertise in one or more modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP;

Solid supply chain planning process knowledge

Strong CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI integration experience

Knowledge of planning areas, key figures, operators, attributes, and master data

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills

Team leadership and mentoring experience

Required Skills
