As a short-term coordinator, you will oversee multiple kettle sites while managing staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations at Kettle locations • Oversee and coordinate staffing and schedules • Ensure timely and secure delivery of donations • Provide training for campaign workers and volunteers • Conduct regular site visits to maintain standards
Requirements: • Minimum one year in customer service roles • Solid organizational and communication abilities • Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver’s License essential • Familiarity with office procedures and software • Ability to lift/move 9 to 12 kgs (20 – 25 lbs)
