Pay: $30-$32/hour

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Service Representative to join a team within one of Canada's largest banking institutions. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end support for security setup and pricing on the bank's Wealth Management books of record for all Wealth Management lines of business (Investor Line, Nesbitt Burns, Private Investment Council, and the Trust Company). This role is responsible for ensuring that set up and pricing are accurate, complete and timely; overseeing other team members’ work for accuracy; triaging issues and developing a remediation action plan; and partnering with lines of business or other Wealth Operations teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of inquiries.

Security set up includes equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, segregated funds, term investments and private securities.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience with security set up and pricing activities

-Knowledge of vendor tools that provide price and security detail information like Bloomberg, Eikon and Fundserv





-Knowledge of Capital market products (Equities, Derivatives and Fixed income securities)

-Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

-Intermediate to advanced Excel functionality

-Solid attention to detail and understanding of audit requirements to ensure adequate audit trail and compliance with controls

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Knowledge of/experience with Broadridge (ADP), FIS (Global Plus), RIS and Charles River Investment Management System

-Audit experience would be a significant asset, understanding how to process relevant documentation per audit standards
