We are seeking a talented Senior Business & Data Analyst to provide advanced analytics, data validation, and visualization support for Finance-led initiatives. This role will transform clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, strategic planning, cost optimization, and operational improvement. While this position is hybrid, the role will require up to 5 days in the office when required.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, performance opportunities, and risks.

Extract, integrate, reconcile, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations and translate findings into explicit recommendations for senior leadership.

Support forecasting, monthly variance analysis, financial reporting, and commentary for assigned programs and departments.

Lead cost‑benefit analyses and financial modelling for cost savings, process optimization, and other strategic initiatives.

Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve data and reporting processes.

Work closely with Finance, Operations, Digital & Data teams, and business leaders to provide decision support and improve operational performance.

Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within healthcare, public sector, or a complex operational environment.

Advanced Excel, including Power Query and data modelling, is required.

Power BI experience is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of SQL is an asset.

Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development skills.

Ability to translate complex data into clear financial and strategic insights.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.

Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, independent, and comfortable working with complex or ambiguous data.
