As part of the Environmental Services Business Line, you will primarily contribute to water management projects while fostering connections with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will extend to mentoring junior staff and leading complex multidisciplinary efforts to design and implement effective water resource strategies within community-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead water quality and hydrology project components • Enhance client relationships through business development • Provide technical direction and mentorship to staff • Analyze and resolve market and regulatory issues • Conduct safety and compliance assessments for projects
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; advanced degrees are advantageous • At least 10 years of experience in water resources • Licensed Skilled Engineer/Geologist status required • Strong project management and financial oversight skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
