Key Responsibilities

- Lead all accounting, financial reporting, and period-end close activities, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial results.

- Maintain accountability for financial reporting, management reporting, consolidation activities, and external reporting requirements.

- Oversee internal controls, compliance processes, audit coordination, and remediation activities to support a strong governance framework.

- Partner closely with operational, commercial, supply chain, and procurement leaders to support business decision-making through financial insights.

- Provide leadership for financial systems and ERP platforms, ensuring data integrity, effective configurations, and alignment with organizational standards.





- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes through automation, standardization, and process optimization initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance and cooperative culture.

- Oversee cash management and working capital, including cash flow forecasting, receivables, payables, inventory management, and treasury coordination.

- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment between business objectives and financial outcomes.

- Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
