EMPRESO is seeking a hands-on Senior Healthcare Integration Engineer / Integration Lead to design, build, and lead enterprise EHR/EMR integrations and interoperability initiatives in Toronto. You will drive end-to-end integration projects across HL7, FHIR, REST, and contemporary APIs, and mentor a team of integration engineers.

The role combines architecture with hands-on coding in Node.js/Express, TypeScript, and secure authentication (OAuth 2.0/JWT), delivering scalable interfaces using Mirth
