Role Summary

Lead the onboarding, migration, and implementation of a new social media platform for CIBC Wealth Management advisors. Support change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and compliance monitoring.

Key Details

- Start Date: ASAP, preferably by October 5
- Contract End Date: June 25, 2027
- Contract Duration: Approximately 20 months
- Work Location: Hybrid (Wednesdays in office) - 81 Bay Street, 12th Floor
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Overtime: Not applicable
- Interview Rounds: Two rounds via MS Teams (from July 30 onwards)
- Team Size: 4 full-time employees

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the social media enablement platform implementation project
- Drive change management including communications, training, and adoption




- Track project milestones, timelines, and budget
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Marketing, and Social Media teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards around social media

Must Have

- 5-7 years of program/project management experience
- Experience with platform migrations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in change management

Nice to Have

- PMP certification
- Experience in financial industry/regulation
- Experience with social media management tools
