Within Xanadu’s Low Temperature Devices Team, you will take responsibility for advancing the capabilities of single photon detectors. With your background in photon detection and engineering, you will be essential in the development and deployment of cutting-edge SNSPD technologies. Collaboration and technical integration are key aspects of driving performance and efficiency in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate in the design and assembly of SNSPDs • Operate cryogenic systems effectively and independently • Collaborate with engineers on product design • Develop and refine RF electronics systems for readout • Perform validation testing for system performance
Requirements: • PhD in Physics or Engineering with at least 2 years of experience • Proven SNSPD design and characterization expertise • Experience with cryogenic technology • Solid background in RF electronics • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
