YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design, configuration, and implementation to maximize the value of their investment.

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Solution Design & Advisory

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define requirements and align with best practices.

Pre-Sales Support

Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses.

Create solution proposals and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.

Quality & Governance

Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards and client governance frameworks.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends.

Recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing client environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).





5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.>

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, or CSM.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) preferred.
