Shape successful shipping experiences with Solotech as an Operations Lead! In this full-time permanent role, you’ll manage weekend warehouse activities and coordinate effective logistics. Your leadership within the Workshop Operations will be pivotal in ensuring daily objectives are met.

Partner with the Operations Supervisor to direct team tasks, verify shipment accuracy through the inventory system, and provide training for current hires. You'll also be responsible for maintaining safety and a clean workspace that meets compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead weekend operations to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate shipment priorities based on volume
- Supervise preparation and loading tasks
- Handle operational contingencies to maintain business flow
- Communicate with other departments for synergy Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
- Background in a warehouse or workshop environment
- Knowledge of audiovisual gear is a plus
- Valid forklift certification is advantageous
