Long View is seeking a Spanish bilingual Global Service Desk Overnight Analyst to join our Integrated Global Services team located in Canada. You will provide Tier I support for IT and communications systems and help deliver service excellence to clients worldwide.

Bring 2+ years in technical support, fluent Spanish, solid English communication, ITIL understanding, and an A+ certification. You must be able to work overnight shifts and contribute to process improvements.
