About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Specialized Cleaning Operative to provide advanced cleaning services across various commercial and industrial sites in and around Kimberley . This role involves using specialized equipment and techniques to tackle challenging cleaning tasks that go beyond standard janitorial services. You will be instrumental in ensuring that sites meet stringent cleanliness and safety standards, often working on-site with client teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as high-pressure washing, deep carpet cleaning, and facade cleaning.

Operate and maintain specialized cleaning machinery and equipment, including industrial vacuums and steam cleaners.

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including the safe handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.

Work collaboratively with client site managers to schedule and execute cleaning services efficiently.





Conduct site assessments to determine the best approach for specialized cleaning tasks.

Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any encountered issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in a specialized cleaning role or related trade.

Proficiency with a variety of cleaning equipment and techniques, particularly for industrial or commercial settings.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in cleaning operations.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.

Good physical condition, with the ability to perform demanding tasks as required.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites within the Kimberley region.
