Drive maintenance excellence as a Maintenance Planner with Agropur in St-Hyacinthe. This position focuses on organizing and improving maintenance practices within a cooperative team.
In this role, you will plan and coordinate maintenance tasks while supporting the preventive maintenance program. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and other stakeholders to effectively manage resources and achieve Health & Safety, Quality, and Cost objectives. You'll also be responsible for enhancing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Organize maintenance work to uphold safety standards • Analyze equipment maintenance history for performance improvement • Document and produce maintenance performance metrics • Oversee procurement processes and supplier interactions • Coordinate daily contractor activities and work permits
Requirements: • Technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance or equivalence • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems • Competence in Microsoft Office and CMMS software • Bilingual in French and English for inter-provincial collaboration
