~$100K Base + up to 15% Bonus + 15% Retirement Contribution + Phantom Carry We are partnering with a premier, highly established venture capital firm to add a Staff Accountant to their internal operations team. The Opportunity:

This is a rare, golden opportunity to break into the venture capital and investment management space without needing prior VC experience. This is not a fund accounting role. Instead, you will be a key player in their management company accounting function, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. Core Accounting

Own the quarterly close for the management company in QuickBooks, maintaining cash ledgers, and executing bank reconciliations across multiple accounts. Cash & Payables:

Manage the AP process, bill processing, vendor payments, and expense reviews using tools like Expensify, Ramp, and Bill.com. Treasury Support:

Handle highly sensitive cash movements, including verbally confirming wire instructions, initiating outgoing wires, managing LOC draws, and tracking inter-company payables/receivables. Cross-Functional Support:

Assist the CFO and VP of Finance with ad-hoc requests, capital calls, and cash distributions. The Ideal Profile:

Experience

2+ years of solid operational accounting experience (though we are very open to more seasoned Staff Accountants looking for a stable,



high-quality home). Tech Stack:

Solid proficiency in QuickBooks/QBO, Excel, and AP/expense platforms (Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp). Attention to Detail:

You must be incredibly reliable and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to managing cash ledgers, wires, and multiple bank accounts. Communication:

Professional, personable, and able to interact seamlessly with high-touch internal stakeholders and executives. Culture Fit:
