StorageMart has an immediate opening for a Store Manager to join our team!

As a Store Manager, you will:

Support Store Operations:Collaborate with the Regional Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales. Follow up on leads (online, phone, and walk-ins). Provide on-site guidance to staff, including assisting, tasking, and training team members.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions, ensuring they feel valued and supported while driving strong sales performance.

Manage Daily Operations & Administration:Oversee day-to-day operations including collections, account management, and site administration. Prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain Facility Standards:Open, operate, and close the site while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure setting. Ensure overall site presentation and operational standards are consistently upheld.

Facility Support Responsibilities: Utilize hand and power tools (drills, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively

Complete minor repairs to gates, doors, fences, and buildings

Perform preventative maintenance on site infrastructure

Conduct basic plumbing repairs (e.g., replacing faucets, fixing leaks)

Complete minor asphalt and concrete patchwork

Assist with unit cleanouts,



including furniture breakdown and debris removal

Coordinate external vendors for larger maintenance or repair jobs

Maintain and service seasonal equipment (e.g., snow blowers, salters)

Work outdoors in various weather conditions What We’re Looking For:

Education High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of college coursework may substitute for part of the required experience Experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (management, sales, customer service, maintenance)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to quickly learn new software systems Skills &

Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Hands-on, proactive attitude with willingness to work outdoors Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance

Basic computer proficiency
