Coordinate, create, and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts and establishing new accounts, pricing, and tax exemptions.

Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including: Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, Petro-Pass accounts.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, including:



Direct/Inside Sales, Distribution Asset Management, Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing, Training.

Ensure current accounts comply with security and reliability requirements for fuel supply.

Create reports based on customer needs.

Provide trusted recommendations and best practices to optimize Petro-Canada’s product management platforms.

Successful candidates will have

Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5+ years of experience in a related field (Business, Sales, Marketing).
