Superintendent London, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding area London Full time permanent

Key Responsbilites Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel. Manage short-term schedules, site logistics and trade sequencing to keep the project on track.

Monitor progress and resolve site issues, delays and conflicts. Oversee major construction phases, including structure, envelope, building systems, finishes and turnover. Review drawings and specifications and coordinate RFIs, changes and constructability issues with the project team.

Maintain strong standards for safety, quality, documentation and housekeeping. Coordinate inspections, occupancy requirements, deficiencies and project closeout. Communicate regularly with project managers, consultants, clients and trades.

Provide leadership and direction to site staff.

Qualifications Minimum five years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on high-rise projects.

Experience completing at least one high-rise project from mobilization through occupancy and closeout. Strong knowledge of concrete high-rise construction, sequencing and trade coordination. Robust ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable regulations. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
