You'll collaborate with the IPM Manager and other departments to coordinate pest control activities, ensuring detailed monitoring and productive supply management.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and direct scouts for pest and disease activities • Communicate and oversee departmental schedules • Record details of beneficial insect and pest interactions • Manage purchase orders and inventory levels for supplies • Contribute to the organization of various IPM trials

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent necessary • 3+ years experience in greenhouse management • Capability to achieve a Pesticide License in Ontario • Proven communication and motivational skills • Reliable adherence to safety regulations and guidelines
