Who We Are

Hello Nori is Canada's hand roll bar. We opened our first location in Vancouver in 2021 and have grown to seven locations across BC, Ontario, and Alberta, with five more on the way in Oakridge, Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Vancouver Island. We're looking for people who want to learn a real skill, work with their hands, and be part of a team that is still building something new.

The Role

As a Sushi Prep Cook at Club Kitchen, you're a key part of Hello Nori's kitchen operation. You'll prep our daily ingredients, fulfill to-go orders, and support our Catering team. No kitchen experience needed. We'll train you on rice, knife technique, and ingredient knowledge from day one. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you.





What You'll Do

- Prep our core menu items to Hello Nori's standard
- Learn knife skills, rice work, and Japanese ingredient knowledge from experienced chefs
- Assist with stocking and inventory of supplies
- Organize fridge/freezer and kitchen storage area
- Follow food, health, and safety standards

What You'll Need

- No kitchen experience required
- Kitchen or sushi line experience is an asset, not a requirement
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work during hours of operation, including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
