Key Responsibilities: • Manage the campus recruitment process end-to-end • Cultivate university relationships and assist with rank programs • Plan and execute recruitment events on and off-campus • Generate reports on application trends from systems • Communicate regularly with hiring managers on recruitment status
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of campus recruiting administration • Excellent relationship management and organizational skills • Familiarity with an ATS, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud • Ability to manage sensitive information effectively
