A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle

Develop, maintain and manage the internal employee pool to quickly respond to operational needs and prioritize internal resources

Mobilize, assign and confirm human resources to operations based on daily needs, station priorities and employee availability

Maintain daily communication with operations to monitor performance, attendance, presence‑related issues, refusals and no‑shows

Ensure regular follow‑ups with employees in the pool

Track and analyze performance indicators

Qualifications

2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, ideally in volume recruitment or an operational environment

Ability to deliver within short timelines and stay organized

Experience with Workday





Strong partnership mindset with station managers

Intermediate bilingualism in French and English, as you will communicate with people across the country
