As a vital member of CoLab, you will develop and deliver technical training that ensures every Account Executive can connect with mechanical engineers right from their first engagement. Your duties will include managing curriculum updates, running certification processes, and facilitating hands-on coaching sessions. Frequent travel will be expected, especially with candidates residing in Toronto or Atlantic Canada preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver comprehensive training for recent hires • Certify Account Executives through rigorous demo assessments • Maintain and enhance the technical curriculum • Conduct real-time coaching and feedback sessions • Update training materials within two weeks of product releases

Requirements: • 3-6 years as a Solutions Engineer or similar • Mechanical engineering or product design background • Expertise in CAD and PLM knowledge • Experience in developing training curriculum • Exceptional communication and teaching abilities
