Must-Have Qualifications:

- Professional technical writing experience, ideally within a software, cloud, telecommunications, or technology workplace.
- Experience creating customer-facing or publicly available technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience authoring documentation using Markdown.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control tools.
- Understanding of Docs-as-Code workflows.
- Strong ability to work directly with technical teams and translate complex information into clear documentation.
- Ability to independently manage documentation deliverables and drive projects to completion.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Static Site Generators, such as Docusaurus, MkDocs, Hugo, or similar.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI and API documentation.
- Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Previous experience within the telecommunications industry.
