Position Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and exceptionally diligent Surveillance Operator to join our dedicated team.

This critical role requires an individual with unwavering integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the responsibilities that come with maintaining a secure setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exercising sound judgment, demonstrating consistent adherence to established protocols, and maintaining an elevated level of discretion.

As a surveillance professional, you will play a crucial role in proactively identifying and mitigating potential security breaches, suspicious or unauthorized activities, and any situations that could compromise the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. Among these responsibilities, you will conduct reviews and investigations into customer and staff claims, including theft, misconduct, aggressive behavior, and policy violations.

You will be responsible for monitoring gaming and non-gaming areas, verifying incident details, and providing accurate, unbiased reports to support internal decision-making and protect the integrity of operations.

This position requires a steadfast commitment to professional conduct, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured and disciplined framework.

Training is completed on the schedule of a designated Surveillance Supervisor and includes structured instruction, practical application, observation, and ongoing performance assessment . Candidates should note that while they are applying for a specific shift, the four-week training period may require them to work different hours in order to align with their designated trainer’s schedule and ensure full exposure to the position.

Clear Departmental and Communication: While using our radios and office phones, Surveillance delivers clear, exact, and timely observations, advisements, and updates to Security and Management on the floor. Requirements: Demonstrated Experience and Performance: 2 years minimum experience in a professional surveillance capacity, working in a gaming environment, or management role.

Operational Knowledge: Experience in Poker, as well as an understanding of gaming operations, is an asset.

Professional Maturity and Emotional Intelligence: The ability to remain composed, objective, and effective under pressure.
