About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Operations to play a pivotal role in its major portfolio expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team across residential and commercial operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of tenant service and operational consistency.

This hands-on, pragmatic leader will be instrumental in strengthening maintenance programs, inspections, and workflows, as well as overseeing leasing, budgeting, compliance, and tenant relations. The role demands a leader who can contribute clarity, stability, and disciplined execution during a period of accelerated growth, and who is adept at guiding and mobilizing teams in a dynamic,
