In this role, you will oversee daily rental operations, manage customer bookings, and handle essential hands-on tasks to keep our fleet running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities- Desk & Customer Service: Assist customers with reservations, rental agreements, inquiries, and check-ins/check-outs with exceptional service.- Administrative Duties: Handle daily office work, documentation, scheduling, and transaction processing.- Fleet Support: Perform occasional physical duties,



including light car washing/detailing to ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.- Vehicle Shuttle: Conduct customer pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle transports across the Markham area.

Qualifications & Requirements- Driving Record: Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record (required due to vehicle transport responsibilities).- Languages: Fluent in English (required); proficiency in additional languages is a robust plus.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience: Prior experience in car rentals, customer service, or management is a plus.- Flexibility: Willingness to balance office administration with hands-on physical tasks.
