This includes implementing safety policies, conducting trainings, and performing audits. Key Responsibilities: • Mentor employees on safety policies and practices • Facilitate training for operational staff in safety protocols • Perform workplace safety audits and incident investigations • Develop Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans • Oversee safety onboarding for subcontractors
