As a Team Lead, you will oversee the X-Ray team, providing mentorship and performing imaging exams. Key Responsibilities: • Administer X-Ray exams under radiologist supervision • Coach and mentor the X-Ray Technologist team • Collaborate with clinic teams for outstanding patient care • Engage in professional development activities • Troubleshoot and monitor performance of imaging equipment
Requirements: • Registration with CAMRT & ACMDTT or eligibility • Radiography clinical experience • Proven leadership capabilities • Familiarity with fluoroscopy or mammography advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office and RIS
