What You'll Do

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create a positive, accountable, and winning sales culture
- Coach daily sales activities and support deal structuring
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying experience
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and key performance indicators
- Reinforce and improve our sales process
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Fixed Operations, and dealership leadership
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and manufacturer initiatives
- Complete required manufacturer training and encourage ongoing professional development throughout the team

We're Looking For Someone Who





- Has previous automotive sales leadership, Finance Manager, or Sales Manager experience
- Leads through coaching rather than micromanagement
- Is highly motivated, organized, and accountable
- Enjoys developing people and celebrating team success
- Has solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Brings a positive attitude and competitive drive every day
- Holds a valid driver's licence and can obtain a Vehicle Sales Authority licence in British Columbia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
