Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician/Network or Server Admin or analyst/Deskside Support etc

- CompTIA certification or CCNA

- Strong server troubleshooting experience

- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and data center power systems.

- Proficiency in using computers for various tasks, including asset management and troubleshooting.

- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and wiliness to learn daily

- Proactive, reliable, and a solid communicator

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC), Data Center Foundation Certification (DCFC), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Vendor-Specific Network Certifications.

Job Description

- Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance

- Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program

- Help programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs

- Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
