As a key member of Ledcor, you will implement health and safety programs tailored to telecommunications projects, identifying hazards and improving safety practices. With a minimum of 3 years' experience in the safety field, you will collaborate closely with site leaders, and provide essential training while monitoring compliance with safety requirements.

You will also participate in incident resolution and safety audits to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform inspections and communicate safety concerns
- Conduct orientations and safety training for employees




- Work with the HS&E; team on safety policy revisions
