As a Retail Security Guard at Securiguard, you will focus on ensuring safety and preventing incidents in premier retail settings. This role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering a trusted presence. We support your growth through extensive training and recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated retail areas to deter incidents
• Prepare accurate daily and incident reports
• Engage customers to provide assistance and ensure safety
• Utilize CCTV and radio communication systems effectively




• Implement de-escalation strategies in challenging situations
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant security experience
• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid/CPR Certification
• Familiarity with relevant legislation like TPA and Criminal Code
• Dependable and able to stand for long periods
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
