Elevate investor communications as a Public Company Investor Relations Specialist. Focus on creating key deliverables and drafting materials for results calls and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires more than 4 years of in-house experience in investor relations at a public organization. You'll be tasked with managing the earnings release cycle, analyzing shareholder data, and developing high-impact IR presentation materials. Your insights will contribute to our strategic communication with investors.

Key Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare Q&A; for quarterly earnings calls • Produce recommendations for guidance revisions • Create investor day and equity positioning decks • Analyze shareholder register for vulnerabilities • Recommend dividend strategies based on analysis

Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years in an investor relations role • Ownership of the earnings release process is essential • IRC charter (NIRI) is a nice-to-have • Sell-side research experience is a plus • Agency experience in investor relations is beneficial
