We are looking for a Laboratory Technician – Biology to support the Faculty of Science. Responsible for the coordination of lab activities, this position requires a strong understanding of biology lab practices. You will assist faculty in conducting classes by preparing necessary supplies and maintaining a safe lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the biology laboratories
• Prepare and dismantle lab setups for each session
• Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory supplies




• Assist in demonstrating laboratory techniques to students
• Comply with safety and government legislation in all lab work
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in biology required
• Prior experience in laboratory settings preferred
• Knowledgeable in laboratory inventory and ordering
• Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between campuses
