Delmanor is looking for a Residential Maintenance Assistant to help maintain appearance and safety throughout its residences. While prior experience is an asset, it is not a requirement. The assistant will concentrate on keeping properties clean, performing basic repairs, and reporting any serious maintenance issues to the Environmental Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of Delmanor properties
• Ensure safety by eliminating potential hazards
• Perform minor repairs on-site as necessary




• Communicate repair needs to the Environmental Services Manager
• Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of maintenance protocols
• Adaptable scheduling availability, including weekends and evenings
• One year of previous experience preferred but not required
• Strong emphasis on safety and cleanliness
• Ability to assist in maintenance projects effectively
