Digital Specialist, Email & CMSPurpose of role We’re looking for a Digital Specialist that will assist in the day-to‑day execution of marketing campaigns through the development and deployment of emails, text messaging and the publication of content to our B2B portals. The ideal candidate has a passion for code with an interest in design and staying up to date with digital marketing trends.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development & deployment of email campaignsWork with copy/development decks to understand campaign requirementsSetup, test, and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing CloudBuild email journeys, automations, and drip sequencesPerform quality assurance on emails and journeys to ensure error‑free deploymentsDeliver email campaign reports with actionable insightsSupport the development and publication of content on digital B2B Sitecore websitesManage website content and publish content to B2B platforms using SitecoreMaintain a marketing content calendar for all producer‑facing propertiesSupport IT with new site/functional deployments by performing site testing across browsers, platforms, and devicesKey QualificationsEducation (minimum required): Diploma in computer science or related studies,



2 to 4 years of relevant experienceContent Management Systems experience preferably SitecoreEmail deployment platform experience preferably Salesforce Marketing CloudSolid HTML, CSS, and SQL skillsKnowledge of JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Salesforce AMPScriptProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and robust sense of ownership for tasks and projectsSalary Range$54,000.00 – $77,000.00. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including job‑related skills, experience, and education.
