Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when necessary
• Offer excellent service in the cafe and pro-shop
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and safely
• Promote various club programs and services
• Maintain accurate sales transaction records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset
• Over 1 year of customer service experience desired
• CPR and First Aid certification are required
• Knowledge of leisure and fitness services beneficial
• Willingness to assist with events and ad hoc tasks
