As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll welcome Members to GoodLife Fitness Clubs and assist them throughout their visit. Your role is crucial in addressing their needs and promoting club services, all while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. You’ll leverage your skills in customer service to foster positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in Members as they arrive
• Answer incoming calls and manage bookings quickly
• Showcase knowledge of gym services and memberships
• Assist with Fit-Fix sessions for Members
• Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld
Requirements:
• Must hold CPR-A & AED Certification
• Smart Tan certification within three months
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with fitness industry best practices
• Sales experience is advantageous
